The Concept

The design of GREEN WORX embodies the principles of sustainability, flexibility, and quality of life. Conceived as a multifunctional complex combining offices, retail, and hotel use, the project integrates green surroundings with efficient design solutions to create a healthy and productive environment. The four building volumes can be interconnected through glass bridges, offering adaptable configurations for both open-plan and cellular offices. Daylight-filled workspaces, inner courtyards, and rooftop terraces foster well-being, communication, and a strong relationship between interior spaces and the natural environment.

The Project

Structural Design and BIM Implementation

The extension was executed using a steel structure, with all components meticulously modeled in BIM (Building Information Modeling). Millimetric surveys of the existing structures allowed for precise planning and assembly, ensuring the new volume integrated seamlessly with the pre-existing mall structure.

Construction Management

The careful preliminary study and BIM coordination allowed for smooth construction, avoiding delays and minimizing economic risks. The precise planning enabled an agile construction process where all components fit perfectly, reflecting a high level of technical and managerial efficiency.

Architectural Impact

Beyond increasing the mall’s rentable area, the extension enhances the visual quality of the main access façade, making the entrance more architecturally engaging. The added boutiques contribute both to the productivity of the center and to its aesthetic appeal, reinforcing the mall’s identity as a luxury destination.
