GERMANI - DGA Headquarters & Showroom

The Context

The Germani Headquarters & Showroom is located in Roccasecca, Italy, in a strategic position overlooking the A1 motorway, halfway between Rome and Naples. Designed as a shared headquarters for Germani and DGA – Doing Good Architecture, the project redefines the identity of one of Central Italy’s leading suppliers of building materials and construction solutions through architecture, interior design and brand identity. The new facility integrates corporate offices, DGA’s design studio, a material showroom and training spaces into a single contemporary environment.

The Concept

The architectural concept translates Germani’s values of trust, innovation and continuous growth into a clear and recognizable architectural language.

Architecture as Brand Identity

The inclined main façade subtly turns towards the city, creating a welcoming gesture that naturally guides visitors towards the main entrance. The vertical tower rises above the composition as a distinctive landmark, expressing the company’s ambition and long-term vision.

Corporate Identity

The project also included the redesign of Germani’s visual identity. The historic eagle was preserved and seamlessly integrated into the new “G” symbol, creating a logo that celebrates the company’s heritage while projecting a contemporary image.

Material Language

Every architectural element—from proportions and volumes to materials and details—was carefully designed to reinforce the brand, expressing solidity, reliability and innovation through a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The Project

Developed using a lightweight steel dry-construction system, the extension combines construction efficiency with flexibility, precision and long-term durability.

Headquarters & Workplace

The new offices provide modern and flexible workspaces designed to support the company’s daily operations while offering a professional environment for meetings, collaboration and client interaction.

Design Showroom

The material showroom presents a curated selection of finishes, surfaces and construction systems, allowing architects, designers and clients to experience products within a carefully designed architectural setting rather than a traditional retail environment.

Training & Events

A dedicated training area was designed to host workshops, presentations and technical seminars, strengthening the relationship between the company, professionals and industry partners.

Integrated Identity

Architecture, interiors, signage and brand identity were developed as a single coordinated system, transforming the headquarters into both an operational workplace and a powerful communication tool for the company.

Today, the project represents far more than a headquarters: it is a contemporary corporate environment where architecture, design and brand identity work together to communicate Germani’s vision and expertise.
