Enel Smart Offices

The Context

The Enel Smart Offices project (2013–2014) is located on Viale Regina Margherita in Rome. The 1,200 sqm office project was conceived to develop a new Smart Office system for Enel, combining functionality, flexibility, and modern workplace concepts.

The design process included preliminary analyses, schematic and detailed design, interior design, and construction management, ensuring that the offices responded to both operational and cultural needs of the company.

The project was developed in collaboration with Sudio Muzi & Associati.

The Concept

The project is based on the idea of a flexible and intelligent workplace, integrating open-plan offices, collaborative areas, and private zones within a coherent spatial strategy. The design fosters communication, efficiency, and comfort, while providing a clear identity for the Enel brand.

The layout emphasizes modularity and adaptability, allowing workspaces to evolve over time according to changing organizational requirements.

The Project

Interior Design and Spatial Organization
