PRIVATE VILLA | Jeddah
This Private Villa (Turn-key Project) is a 2,000 sqm residence located in one of the most prestigious areas of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The project was developed as a full design and contracting solution, offering both architectural and interior design services. It is conceived to provide a luxurious living environment that combines classical elegance with modern comfort. The project was developed in collaboration with Inea srl.
The Concept
The design draws inspiration from the historical Italian house, but without directly imitating any specific style. Instead, it reinterprets classical taste through a contemporary lens, using modern proportions, materials, and spatial solutions.
Attention to detail is central to the concept. The internal layout was carefully studied to balance formal and informal areas, circulation, and functionality, ensuring a natural flow between public, private, and service zones. The villa integrates cutting-edge technology, providing comfort, convenience, and energy efficiency.
